We (and when I say 'we' I mean myself, Otis, Rosebud, Olive, and Ringo) missed our fearless comrade.. but we managed to find some things to do. Like absorbing the beauty of blooming poppies:

And I started letterpressing all the parts for my 2009 calendar! Exciting!
I also made another flyer for the local watering hole:
...but we sure are happy to have our expedition leader back. I'm looking forward to a summer of canoeing, nature-trekking, painting, dogwalking, camping, swimming, bbq'ing, beachcombing, and Mason County GOOD TIMES! Did I mention that there's a shuffleboard tournament at the casino this week?
